Documents for objects by Department of Imformation and Communication issued includes:

• Declaration for a license
• Confirmed documents on the place of installing equiptment to receive live foreign television program from satellites( notarised copy of decision on setting up agencies, organizations, Certificate of housing ownership, housing rent agreement and so on);
• Copy of decision on appointment of proposed documents of leaders of governing body;
• Confirmed documents and proposal of diplomatic Ministry of Socialist Republic of Vietnam

Documents for objects by Communication and Imformation Service issued includes:

• Declaration for a license
• Confirmed documents on the place of installing equiptment to receive live foreign television program from satellites( notarised copy of decision on setting up agencies, organizations, Certificate of housing ownership, housing rent agreement and so on);
• Proposed documents of leaders of governing body;
• Notarised copy of investment licence, operation licence;
• Confirmed documents on the reason for permanent resident in Vietnam of competent state agencies for those who are permanent foreigner in Vietnam;

The order of procedures:

• Those who apply for permission to license at Department of Imformation and Comunication or at Communication and Imformation Service.
• Within 15 days from the date of receiving valid documents, Derpartment of Imformation and Communication, or Communication and Imformation Service of the provinces and cities under central goverment shall be responsible for issuing licence of receiving live foreign television program from satellites. In case of not isssuing a licence, Department of Culture and Imformation or Culture and Imformation Service will answer and speak clearly reasons. Organizations, individuals which are refused issuing a licence will have a right to appeal according to the regualtions of Law.
